New Build and Remodel Project Commissioning

Comprehensive commissioning (Cx) is vital to the functionality of any newly constructed or remodeled facility. Existing Building and Equipment Recommissioning

Recommissioning (ReCx) is all about improving the performance and efficiency of your existing building assets. Recommissioning should be performed before any major equipment replacements or re-designs are initiated, to avoid unnecessary capital investments and to clarify exactly what the building needs in order to succeed.
We will evaluate the building from top to bottom, testing all key systems and equipment, including refrigeration, HVAC, lighting and control systems, to uncover incorrect operating parameters and performance inefficiencies. Our field engineers will then work with your maintenance personnel or service contractors to bring your systems back in line with their original design intent in order to optimize performance, protect equipment longevity, and keep your building running smoothly.
